FLIP (Foundation for Leadership, Independence & Progress) is the youth development and training arm of Hunny Do, LLC, founded to expand the company’s long-standing mission of building people as well as homes. Leveraging Hunny Do’s professional construction expertise, contractor network, and decades of service to Baltimore neighborhoods, FLIP provides at-risk and under-resourced young adults with structured training in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Through real jobsite experience, mentoring, and character development, FLIP equips participants with the tools to achieve lasting employment, sustainable income, and generational progress.
