Welcome to FLIP Baltimore

FLIP (Foundations for Leadership, Independence & Progress) transforms the lives of Baltimore City youth by equipping them with the trade skills, leadership mindset, and real-world purpose they need to thrive. Through hands-on training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and painting, FLIP prepares youth ages 17–24 for career success, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
